Direct Booking Notes

1.Embarkation day is every Saturday. Basically 6 nights cruises, however, if you want to extend 1 more night, available with an additional fee. (Diving can be done up to 24 hours prior to flight departure.)

2.Regarding single use, we will try to meet your request for single occupancy, but it may not be available during busy periods.
In that case, please note that it will be shared with people with the same sex.
There is an additional charge for single use.

3.All participants are required to submit medical history form. If you have even one YES to any of the questions on the medical history forms, please have your doctor's signature on the medical history form stating that you are fit to dive.
Please send it to us by e-mail at least one month before your arrival.

4.The conditions for participation are those who have a qualification of PADI Advanced Open Water Level or higher,those who have a certificate of DEEP specialty, and the number of experience is more than 50 dives.
Please contact us in advance if you have less than 50 divers or if you are blank divers for long time.
If you have only Open Water level and wish to board, you will be required to take the PADI Advanced Open Water Course.
An additional fee of US$ 300 (excluding tax) will be charged.
This fee is to be paid by cash on board.
If you have less than 50 dives, or if you have a lot of dives,you will not be able to participate.
Please contact us if you have less than 50 or if you are a long time blank diver.
If you are an open water diver, you will be required to take the PADI Advanced Open Water Course. There is an additional fee of $300 USD (excluding tax). This fee is to be paid in cash on site.

Guidelines for boarding :
Must be able to free descent.
Required fin kick strength as certain level.
Must be able to maintain neutral buoyancy.

5.Rental equipments are available but it’s limited. Please let us know your preference when you make your reservation.
Please note that you will need to pay locally by USD cash.

6.Payment for cruises can be made by credit card or overseas remittance.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the bank charges for overseas remittance.

 

For general customers

Payment deadline

Please pay 20% or the full amount of the cruise fee at the time of application.
If you have paid only the deposit, please pay the balance at least 60 days prior to arrival.
Your reservation will be confirmed when we receive your deposit. If payment is not received, the reservation will be considered cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your cruise after making a formal reservation,you will be charged the following cancellation fees.

60 days to 15 days prior to embarkation: 20% of the cruise fee.
14 to 9 days prior to embarkation: 50% of the cruise fee
8 days to the day of embarkation: 100% of the cruise fee

If there is a difference between the cruise fee you are sending and the cancellation fee, we will refund difference, but you will be responsible for the remittance fee and it will take some time to refund. Thank you for your understanding.

We have a very good price for diving shop tour, so please contact us with the form below!
 
We strongly recommend all of you to take diving insurance and travel insurance.
Please make a reservation after fully understanding the above precautions.

 

For charter customers

Payment deadline

Diving Shop Tour: Pay for 16 people to charter the Princess Hassina with a maximum capacity of 19 people.
General customer: Pay for 17 people to charter the Princess Hassina with a maximum capacity of 19 people.

20% of the total price must be paid at the time of booking. The balance must be paid at least 60 days prior to arrival.
If payment is not received, the reservation will be considered cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your cruise after making a formal reservation,you will be charged the following cancellation fees.

From 60 days prior to embarkation date: 100% of the price

If there is a difference between the cruise fee you are sending and the cancellation fee, we will refund difference, but you will be responsible for the remittance fee and it will take some time to refund. Thank you for your understanding.
